We teach children discipline and a winning attitude through Tae Kwon Do training.

At HMD Academy of Tae Kwon Do, children learn kicks and punches, receive individualized instruction, and discover the discipline they need to excel in every part of their lives. With  many schools closed right now, children can also benefit physically and socially through training with other children their age. We're open again with the following class times for both in-person and online training:

• Monday/Wednesday at 4:15 pm, 5:00pm 5:45pm, 6:30pm 
• Tuesday/Thursday at 4:15 pm, 5:00pm 5:45pm, 6:30pm
• Saturday at 9:00am for all ages and ranks

The floors, doors, walls, airducts, and bathrooms will all be disinfected. We will be checking temperature and following social distancing guidelines. Bathrooms will be closed unless there is an emergency. The water fountain will not be in use, so be sure to bring your own water bottle. Arrow signs have been installed to indicate the one-way entry and exit. A hand sanitizer station has been installed with signs.
